HOW?
- Used pencil line drawings to define where each colour would sit, using the lightbox to check alignment
- Turned these into solid colours on photoshop using magic wand tool
- Printed them out to use as positives
WHY?
- Wanted to keep the handmade, simplistic feel to these prints
- Wanted to make prints to create an interesting outcome- whose are the prints? Mine, or the people's whose work I have used?
- By creating two sets, I can play around with composition whilst printing and see what serendipitous outcomes I get
NEXT?
- Use inks on the trolley in the print room so that I am using predetermined colours
- Ensure I don't just stick to the plan in my journal, and try new compositions during the printing process
